A low-calorie, simple dip made with Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and herbs.

8 oz Greek yogurt plain whole milk
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 teaspoon Lemon juice raw
2 tsp Dill seed ground or whole
2 teaspoon Parsley fresh or raw herb
2 clove Garlic raw
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber peeled raw

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the cucumber.
Mince the cucumber. Wrap the minced cucumber in a kitchen towel and squeeze over the sink to release as much water as possible. Stir the cucumber into the bowl.
